My current domain of study is the automatic analysis of the visual impact of multimedia data, with an accent on the prediction of the interestingness of multimedia data.

My research focus is concentrated on image processing, computer vision algorithms, deep neural networks, image description techiques, classification models and machine learning.
I have extensive knowledge and experience in using several deep learning platforms and frameworks such as: Caffe, Darknet, Tensorflow, Keras and Glow.
I have extensive experience with programming languages such as C++, Java, .NET, Python, Matlab, HTML and PHP, acquired during more than 10 year of professional experience and image streaming, compression and analysis frameworks like ffmpeg and OpenCV.
